I’m a have these at whatever the next convention I’m at. It’s a short story collection featuring the stories MOVIE NIGHT, LEFTOVERS, and THIN ICE. The cost won’t be great (like a buck or something), but unfortunately I don’t take Wampum.
“And all that these indie-rock bands ever have to say is [mockingly fey singing], “It’s all right, it’s OK … All we have is just tonight!”—That’s such an outrageous statement! At best they’re saying something like, “Take comfort in the simple things.” Like some pat on the head right before you wet the bed. It sucks and just teaches people to be complacent. Like, “All you have is all you’re ever gonna get, so just take it. Take it in the ass.””—
Here’s pretty much what the cover to my next full-length story is gonna be. It’s called Into The Waves and it’s about a fifteen-year-old Anne Arbor going on a summer vacation with her family. All the pencils are done now.
Hey guess what everybody, time continues along. This Sunday I, and some of my esteemed colleagues, shall be presenting our wonderful comic books at the Maine Comics Arts Festival in Portland, ME. You should all come out and check that s out.
A layout of a page I was working on yesterday. It is the least important page in the story, the one I spent the longest amount of time working on, and also my favorite so far. That’s how shit go I guess.
